Personality:

Tyki Mikk somehow ended up living two lives.

In one, he's that guy you see squatting on the park bench with a cigarette in his mouth, talking avidly to three of his friends. You'd probably give him no more than a passing glance, given his worn looking clothes, thick lensed glasses and the way his disheveled hair falls to hide just where his eyes are looking. A bit grungy, a little suspicious, you'd be wise to squeeze down on that change purse in your pocket because more than one person has lost their wallet to his sticky fingers before. Or their bets to a rigged game of cards in the last car of the train heading east. He's got a bit of a sarcastic, teasing edge - but he's not a jerk. He'll stop to help you out if you really need it, and he does do an honest day's work. He's a bit of a temp, actually, moving site to site doing anything along the lines of construction, carpentry, mining or many other forms of manual labor. The theft is mostly mischievous, taking from the pockets of people with a bit to spare. The walking targets. And he doesn't lie so much as he convolutes the truth, talking his way out of sticky situations. More or less he's honest, pretty friendly and open. But once and a while, see... He gets a phone call. He leaves this shabby little life he enjoys, takes a little time away for a "Private Job".

The contractor of these mysterious jobs is always the Earl, who bestows upon him orders that more often than not involve "deleting" people. And for the job, Tyki cleans up pretty well. The scruffy young man becomes a polished gentleman, his hair tied back and his posture fixed. So different is this 'dark' side from his 'light' that people fail to recognize him. All for the best, he doesn't like his two worlds touching. Because, as a "Noah" -- a descendant of the Noah mentioned in the bible -- his ideals are those of the Earl, somehow the leader in the scheme to destroy the human world as it is now and reshape it to his liking. Which means Tyki combats his feelings, willing to destroy humans and yet wanting to protect them, due to the way he's become involved. As his job entails, Tyki's killed people. Mostly Exorcists, but indulging in the whims of his Noah-self sometimes leads to slip-ups, at least it has in his younger years.

In his 'dark' or 'black' form, Tyki takes pleasure in what's considered 'sinful'. He doesn't follow that God, though-- instead he opposes it. To him, pain, suffering, chaos and distress can be as thrilling as winning a hand, the buzz of of wine and whisky, or the feel of physical intimacy. He isn't quite sure how it works, how he finds such enjoyment in these acts, cruel or not, but he cannot deny it is one of the reasons he continues to feed his 'darker' side. He just simply cannot give it up, even though his interests sometimes conflict. There are times when he makes a note that he needs to be careful, to not indulge too much in these darker desires incase he cannot revert back to himself.

He doesn’t want to lose what he has.

While in his Dark from, he's addressed more commonly as Lord Tyki Mikk. What earned him this title isn't clear, and he doesn't often use it outside of social gatherings in which titles can decide your importance. It could be through the Earl's doing that he possesses any titleship to begin with, or perhaps it is through the influence of his older brother Cyril, a Minister. His claims to be an orphan could also be false. In these balls, masquerades and whatnot, Tyki plays the part of the gentleman all too well. Courting the young girls, kissing the hands of their influential mothers, taking a dance or two, it's all so tiresome but required. With a pretty face and a family with its roots so deep, he needs to keep up appearances. Even when he wishes to walk away, sneak off to the hills or the hay filled car of a train out of town.

So long as he can keep the lines drawn and not have to choose between these two lives, he'll be at ease with things.

Abilities:

Tyki Mikk is one of thirteen "Noah", and with this position comes an array of unusual powers. To begin with, when he is in his "dark" or Noah side, Holy Marks appear on his skin. Originally they were of the 'crown of thorns' markings, though after the events inside the Arc he has three larger four pointed crosses instead. Other Noah shown so far have the original form of stigmata, and whether or not he's the only exception has yet to be seen. When shifting into his black side, Tyki's skin goes from a pale peach to a greyish-brown hue and his eyes turn from brown to amber. In the same sort of "transformation" magic, Tyki is able to swap his clothes around in a flashy way, though what exactly happens is usually left between the panels.

His main ability as the Noah of "Pleasure" is that he has the ability to choose what he would like to touch, giving him the ability to walk on air or pass through physical barriers without problem. The only thing he cannot avoid or pass through is Innocence. He can also reject the atmosphere in an area to create a vacuum. Tyki's killed a few Exorcists of the Order already, removing their vital organs without leaving a scratch on the surface. He does this either by hand or with his Tease, the latter the preferred way because it's less like to dirty his gloves. He also uses Dark Matter, the opposing element to Innocence. Either in an offensive form (blades, explosions - etc) or as a shield.

The Earl gave Tyki Tease, cannibal golemns that he's grown rather fond of. By placing them inside the body of his target, they can eat or puncture the inner organs and then be removed - leaving the subject to die. In the shape of purple butterflies, Tyki's quite fond of them. He stores his Tease within his body by allowing them to share his physical space, though this is different than when he picks a human in which to breed them.

Like other Noah, Tyki possesses the ability to telepathically give commands to Akuma, beings created and controlled by the Earl. Akuma are created when the Earl convinces a person to summon someone back from death, promising their return to the world of the living. However, the soul of the summoned is confined within a metal skeleton that then kills and steals the skin of whoever called it - occupying it until they level up. The only thing that can set the soul free is Innocence, and any other means of destroying an Akuma destroy the soul contained as well.

When he lost control in the Arc, Tyki's inner Noah emerged greatly and consumed him. He became a bloodthirsty being incapable of thinking of anything but killing those around it. During this transformation his hair grew out, and his outfit changed into this armor-like fantasy being. (Aka Unicorn. I don't know what else to caaaall it.) Though it appears there is a way to revert him to his more sane self, whether or not he has tamed this ability is left unseen.
