This is a template for character pages yoinked from the Daisychain RP wiki and then re-yoinked from the Permanent Way wiki.. If you'd like to use it for your character's page, edit this page and click the "Source" button in the rich text editor -- it's right next to the "Size" dropdown. Highlight the entire source code, copy, and paste it into your character's page.

As for customization, most of the fields are pretty self-explanatory. You'll need to upload your own image in place of the placeholder here. Tinypic, Photobucket, and the like are good options. 

If you'd like it on the left side of the page instead, then just change align="right" to align="left" in the initial table tag.
